Who is this for?
For first line managers new to their role or wishing to recalibrate their knowledge and skills. Creates a rigour and reliability in their supervisory work. Can be used by aspiring managers if they have suitable responsibilities. The standard equates to a Level 2 or 3 qualification.
Certification points can be inserted into the toolkit with internal sign-off which provides opportunity to review performance as seen below. This can be merged with 26 Steps® to Team Leading to enable the toolkits to be used simultaneously across a whole organization.
